• Annual Dinner
  The date was set for January 13th, so as to be after term starts

• Barnights
  It was decided to change the venue of Barnights to either the George IV or the Queen's Arms

• Reggie
  An address list will be sent out in lieu of Reggie. Richard to attend IC Radio committee meeting on Thursday 16th to try and get station members to write articles. It was suggested having Reggie on-line. Richard agreed to print the material once ready.

• Web Site
  IC Radio now have their own server to which the croc-club pages can be moved. The URL is icradio.su.ic.ac.uk

• Communication
  Rob pointed out that the station had heard very little from the club, and most members weren't aware that it existed. Richard agreed to do better in this respect

• Members' Programmes
  Rob said that past members are welcome to come down and do shows, but for reasons of insurance, they must join. The membership fee is currently 2 pounds.

• Chairman
  Richard agreed to continue as chairman in the absence of any other nominations

• Secretary
  Simon stood down as secretary. There were no nominations

• Reggie Editor
  There were no nominations, however Richard will canvas for articles at the station

• Trustee
  Jon Henderson is not contactable at present. There were no nominations. We will continue to try to track him down via the company he works for. Tom Cunnington is also a signatory on the account.

• Ordinary Members
  Dave Stanley agreed to continue as ordinary member. Since Alan Barnett has expressed interest in the post, he was nominated subject to confirmation
